iVolunteer Benue invites applications for the iVB 2020 internship program

This program is targeted at young Nigerians living in Benue state who are between the ages 18-35 and are interested in building capacity in social enterprise, entrepreneurship and nonprofit sectors. It is designed to provide them with the knowledge, skills and networks required to effectively lead sustainable employment and possess 21st-century skills for easy job access.

This would be achieved through a three days intense capacity building workshop after which interns will serve at various organisations that fit the skills they selected during the application period.

Some of the skills include web programming, data management and analysis, business plan development, graphic designs, communications, video and photography, program management, advocacy, human right and legal proceedings, animal production, and more.

Selection Process:

Upon final reviews and verification, 50 participants will be shortlisted to attend the 3 days workshop and subsequently followed by the three months internship.

The selected participant would be involved in continuous professional development experience and Mentorship throughout the period of the internship.
