More About Lubem Emmanuel Akosu
I am Lubem Emmanuel Akosu, a trained Journalist, Author, Public Relations Consultant, prolific writer and entrepreneur. I am from Kwande local government of Benue State.
I am the founder and Media Executive of Mela Media Consulting (MMc), a media consultancy outfit based in Abuja. I currently stand as the Editor-In-Chief, TrueTimes Magazine, Abuja.
I am a graduate of Mass Communication from Benue State University in 2007 (Best State University in Nigeria at the time ). I had my Postgraduate studies at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi (now known as Joseph Sawuan Tarkaa University in the field of Public Administration in 2013.
I offer Consultancy on corporate image and personality profile image. I am a proficient writer on development issues, governance, corporate affairs, public press releases, PR content and information management crises. To my credit, I have multiple articles on public debates published online and in most print media.
I am a writer of fiction stories and biographies or personality profile stories. My works include:

My work experience also spans Broadcast Journalism practice with a brief stint at the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and later with Asking Radio 98.5 FM between 2015- 2018.
2015-2019: I was appointed Media Consultant to Distinguished Senator Dr Barnabas Gemade OFR during the 8th Senate.
2015-2019: I worked as a Media Consultant for Hon Barr. Benjamin Wayo who represented Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency during the 8th National Assembly.
In 2023: I also served as a Media Consultant to Chief Roberts Orya, former MD/CEO NEXIM Bank and top Governorship for Benue State in 2023 under the Young Progressives Party.
2023: I was appointed Media and Communications Director to Prof Kohol Shadrach Iornem, a United Kingdom-based humanitarian and academic who sought the mandate to represent Kwande /Ushongo Constituency at the National Assembly.
