My name is Ikpe Igbe Joy. I am from Apa local government area of Benue. I was born and bred in Makurdi local government area. #IamBenue.

I attend Corona Private School, First Baptist Nursery and Primary School, Makurdi. International School and St Joseph’s Secondary School, Nyiman in Makurdi. I am currently a 500 level Law student at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Why Miss Nigeria?

I want to be Miss Nigeria NOT for the fame and popularity but to help my community in my own way.

Miss Nigeria offers me that platform to represent my people and carryout charity projects that will effect positive change in our society and also in Benue. Through the Miss Nigeria platform I hope to bring the plight of my people even closer to the relevant authorities and to get emergency aids as quick as possible. I believe this dream of mine can be achieved with your votes, prayers and support.
